My role, challenges & solution
As the lead UI designer, I designed the complete end-to-end product experience across both ecosystems.
The product demanded two contrasting UX paradigms: a complex, data-heavy vendor workspace (analytics dashboard, custom form builder, permission controls) and an ultra-lightweight, zero-friction widget for end-customers. I established a cohesive Figma design system that unified typography, tokens, and component states across both sides—ensuring operators had powerful configuration controls without compromising the simplicity of the feedback capture flow.
